RevoHR

    RevoHR Platform

One HR platform. More than one way to access it.

Employees who already use HR software can work directly in RevoHR on the web. Employees whose day does not normally involve a laptop, corporate email or an HR portal can use WhatsApp for everyday HR interactions. HR and managers work with the same underlying records and workflows in RevoHR.

    • Web access for employees, HR and managers
    • WhatsApp access for deskless employees
    • One set of records and workflows underneath
    • Multilingual experience based on each employee's preferred language
RevoHR employees list showing each worker with job title, department, nationality, location and status, with filters on those columns and a search field for name, phone or email.
The employee list in the RevoHR web platform, filterable by job title, department, nationality, location and status.

The interface can change. The HR process does not.

An office employee can open RevoHR in the browser to work with the HR processes they already expect from a modern platform.

For employees whose work happens on a production floor, construction site, warehouse, hotel, clinic or other non-desk environment, WhatsApp can be the easier way into the same HR processes. They do not need a corporate email or another app simply to request leave, check in, receive training or ask an HR question.

What changes is the interface. The employee record, approvals, attendance history, training status and other operational data remain in RevoHR.

Two ways into the same HR process

RevoHR daily attendance screen for a selected date, with summary tiles for expected workers, checked in, on-time percentage and geofence percentage, and a row per worker showing shift, check-in and check-out times, distance from the geofence, hours, lateness and status.
The daily attendance screen: a date, summary tiles, and one row per scheduled worker with check-in and check-out times, distance from the site, hours and status.
A worker being prompted to check in, sending the check-in command and being asked to share location.
The worker starts the attendance flow directly in WhatsApp.

One place for the records behind everyday HR work

RevoHR connects employee profiles with the processes that happen around them: schedules, attendance, leave, training, documents, HR conversations and reporting.

A leave request started in WhatsApp does not remain a chat message. An attendance check-in does not remain a location pin. Training completion does not remain inside a video conversation. Each process creates or updates the record HR needs to work with later.

That gives HR and operations a common place to review what happened, approve what needs a decision and follow the history behind each employee.

RevoHR assignments and certifications list showing each worker and training with status, WhatsApp delivery state, watched state, test result, progress percentage, due date and who assigned it, with filters on status, training, worker and due date.
Training assignments per worker, with delivery state, progress, quiz result and due date, filterable by status, training, worker and date.

The modules work together because they share the same workforce context

The platform around the employee record

    People Management

Employee profiles, team, manager, job title, location and preferred language provide the context used by the rest of the platform.

    Scheduling

Build and manage shift schedules across teams and locations, with staffing requirements and conflict checks.

    Attendance & Time Tracking

Record attendance events, review exceptions and build the timesheet history from what actually happened.

    Leave Management

Employees request leave, managers make decisions and HR keeps balances, supporting records and approval history together.

    Training & Learning

Assign training by role or site, deliver multilingual learning and keep completion and assessment records against the employee.

    Documents & Compliance

Keep worker documents and expiry information alongside the training and attendance evidence HR needs to review.

    HR Q&A and Communication

Employees can ask questions from company policies and communicate with HR without forcing every employee into the same interface.

    Analytics & Reporting

Review attendance, leave, training and workforce records from the same operational system.

The employee's preferred language travels with their profile

A multilingual workforce does not need one company-wide language for every HR interaction. Preferred language is stored on the employee profile and can shape the experience they receive through training, HR Q&A and worker communication.

HR can keep one operational process while employees receive information in the language appropriate to them.

Policy Q&A in the same WhatsApp chat.

    Multilingual by design

See the same training in eight languages.

One training can become a language-specific version for each worker, with voiceover and captions generated for their preferred language.

You do not need two HR systems for two ways of working

A company may have finance, HR and administrative teams working in browsers every day, while production, warehouse, hospitality, field or contracted teams rarely use a laptop at work.

RevoHR can serve both. Employees who are comfortable with a web HR platform can use it directly. Employees who need a more accessible route can use WhatsApp for the interactions designed for that channel.

The goal is not to move everyone to WhatsApp. It is to reduce the HR Access Gap between the systems a company owns and the HR services employees can actually reach.

Manage multiple client workforces without mixing their data

For staffing and outsourcing companies, RevoHR can manage multiple client accounts from one administrative interface while keeping each client's worker records, configuration and reporting isolated.

That allows the operating company to work across clients without turning every placement, policy or compliance requirement into another spreadsheet or disconnected workspace.

The same employee record can support the whole working relationship

The employee profile created during onboarding becomes the context for what happens afterwards: team and site assignment, mandatory training, schedules, attendance, leave, documents, HR questions and reporting.

That continuity matters because HR does not have to reconstruct the employee's history from separate tools each time a question, approval or audit request appears.
