    HR Q&A in WhatsApp

Give workers an HR answer without making them open a portal

Workers ask questions in WhatsApp in their preferred language. RevoHR routes the request to the right HR capability, answers policy questions from the company's own documents and keeps the conversation traceable for HR.

    • WhatsApp as the worker interface

    • Policy answers grounded in company documents

A simple HR question should not need three people to move it around

The worker asks. The answer comes back in the same conversation.

For workers who do not spend the day in corporate email or an HR portal, a simple question often becomes a chain of calls and messages: the worker asks a supervisor, the supervisor asks HR, and somebody has to translate the answer back.

RevoHR moves that interaction into the same WhatsApp conversation the worker already uses for attendance, leave, schedules and training.

In WhatsApp, on the worker's phone

WhatsApp conversation with RevoHR in which the worker asks how to take annual leave and receives the submission procedure with the internal-regulation article it comes from, then their 2026 leave status listing total entitlement, days used, days available, approved dates and a pending request, followed by a second question about the travel policy per diem.
The worker asks how to take annual leave and gets the procedure, the article it comes from and their own 2026 balance in the same reply. Two different things in one answer: the procedure comes from a company document, the balance from the worker's own leave record.

Policy answers come from your documents, not from general AI knowledge

When a worker asks a policy question, RevoHR searches the company's uploaded document library. The question can be asked in the worker's language, matched against the relevant company content and answered back in that language.

The source document is named. If the uploaded material does not contain a relevant answer, the worker is directed to HR rather than receiving an invented policy answer.

Answered from the uploaded travel policy

WhatsApp conversation in which the worker asks what the travel policy says about the per diem, and RevoHR answers from the travel policy document it names, with domestic and international daily amounts, the rules for trips under eight hours and over twelve, the reductions when meals are provided, and the deadline for submitting expenses.
A policy question answered out of the company's uploaded travel policy, which the reply names.

Adding a document is the whole setup

A policy becomes answerable by uploading it and giving it a name and a category. There is no separate knowledge base to write and maintain alongside the documents the company already has.

Different requests can reach different HR capabilities

Inbound worker messages are classified by intent. A leave question can reach the live leave-balance service, a schedule question can use the worker's published shifts, and a policy question can use document retrieval.

The goal is not one generic assistant improvising across every HR topic. The request is routed to the part of RevoHR that holds the relevant information.

The worker asks in their language. HR keeps one operating process.

Preferred language is part of the worker profile. It drives the language the assistant uses, so an employee can ask a question without first translating it into the office language.

AI does not remove the human conversation

HR can open the worker's conversation from the web platform and message them directly. RevoHR can translate the conversation between HR and the worker, while the automated assistant pauses during the human exchange so both do not answer at once.

Every message is stored with context such as timestamp, language, sender and original and translated text, giving HR a record of what was communicated.

    What changes operationally

    Fewer relay conversations

The worker asks the question directly instead of routing it through a supervisor just to reach HR.

    One source for policy answers

Uploaded company documents become the grounding source for policy Q&A, and the answer names the document it came from.

Language is handled in the workflow

The worker does not need to translate the question before asking it, and HR does not need to translate the answer back.

    HR can see the history

Automated and human conversations both stay visible in the worker record.

The answer is only useful if the data behind it is real

A leave balance, a published shift or a training record is what turns a chat into something a worker can act on. HR Q&A sits on top of the same records the rest of RevoHR maintains.
