J2026036699007, sole registration code (CUI) 54829360 ("RevoHR", "we", "us" or "our").

You can reach us at contact@better-me.tech. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you have been provided with personal data processing information according to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

The Website and the RevoHR application are two different things, and these Terms apply only to the Website.

The Website is an informational and marketing site. It describes RevoHR, presents our product and content, and lets you get in touch with us (for example, through a demo request or contact form).

The RevoHR application is a separate business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that client companies use to manage their workforce. Access to and use of the RevoHR application is not governed by these Terms. It is provided exclusively under separate written agreements concluded between BETTER ME SRL and each client (for example, a subscription or service agreement, a data processing agreement and any applicable order form or service terms).

Nothing on the Website is a contract for the RevoHR application, and browsing the Website does not create any right to use that application. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a client agreement in relation to the RevoHR application, the client agreement prevails for that application.

You may view and use the Website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. When using the Website, you agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any system or network connected to it;
• introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the Website without our prior written consent; or
• copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Website except as permitted in Section 5.

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the Website at any time, without notice, and we are not liable if the Website is unavailable for any period.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, the "RevoHR" name and brand, layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to BETTER ME SRL and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own information, but you may not otherwise use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission.

If you submit a demo request, contact form or other enquiry through the Website, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Submitting a form does not create any contract or oblige us to respond, to provide a demo, or to grant access to the RevoHR application. Any commercial relationship in respect of the RevoHR application will only arise once a separate written agreement is signed (see Section 3). We handle the personal data you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only. While we take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, current or error-free, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses. Any reliance you place on Website content is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETTER ME SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, products or practices of any third-party site. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.

We process personal data collected through the Website (for example, data you submit via forms) as a data controller, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your personal data and your rights. Personal data processed within the RevoHR application on behalf of client companies is governed by the relevant client agreement and data processing agreement, not by this Website Privacy Policy.

We may update the Website and these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, or for legal or regulatory reasons. The version published on the Website at the time you access it is the version that applies. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Website, are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
