Training & Learning
Create the training once. Deliver it in every worker's language.
RevoHR turns training content into a worker-level workflow: create the program, assign it by role or site, translate it, generate video with voiceover, deliver it through WhatsApp and keep a record of completion and quiz performance.
- 11 supported worker languages
- Training assigned by role or client site
- AI-generated video and voiceover
- Completion and quiz records per worker

Training is not finished when the file is sent
A PDF, slide deck or video can prove that content was distributed. It does not automatically tell you who received the training, who completed it or how they performed afterwards.
RevoHR treats training as a process attached to the worker. Programs can be assigned to people, teams, departments or job titles, and required training can be triggered when a worker receives a job title or is assigned to a client site.
How the training workflow works
- 1
Create the training program
Define the title, training type, source language, duration, mandatory status and pass-score requirement.
- 2
Build the content once
For AI-generated training video, HR adds slide images and captions. The authoring flow supports up to 20 slides.
- 3
Review the translated versions
RevoHR can translate the training script into the supported worker languages. HR can review and correct machine translations before publishing.
- 4
Generate the worker video
RevoHR creates a vertical video with captions and neural voiceover for the selected language versions.
- 5
Deliver it through WhatsApp
The finished training is sent to assigned workers in the language associated with their worker profile.
- 6
Check understanding and keep the record
Workers can answer quiz questions through WhatsApp. RevoHR stores completion, timestamp and score at worker level.
See what exists, what is mandatory and what is active
A training catalog instead of scattered files. The catalog keeps programs in one place with their type, language, duration, pass-score requirement and mandatory status.

Assign training to the people who actually need it
Training does not have to be managed one worker at a time. RevoHR supports assignment to individuals, teams, departments and job titles.
Required training can also be linked to job roles or client sites. This is particularly useful for induction or site-specific training where the requirements change depending on where the worker is deployed.

One workforce, many languages
Language is not a separate translation project in RevoHR. Each worker profile has a preferred language that can drive the training version they receive.
This is useful when the person who creates the training and the person who receives it do not share a working language.
Multilingual training
One training. Eight languages.
Create the training once. RevoHR can translate the content, generate the voiceover and captions, and create the right version for each worker.

Useful in the places where training is operational, not optional
Construction
Deliver site induction, PPE instructions or safety refreshers to multilingual crews and keep worker-level completion records.
Manufacturing
Assign required programs by job title and keep training completion linked to the people performing that role.
Staffing & outsourcing
Apply client-site training requirements when a worker is assigned to a new deployment.
Hospitality
Standardize onboarding and role training across locations where staff turnover and language mix make repeated manual training difficult to coordinate.
What HR can prove afterwards
The important distinction is simple: RevoHR does not only store the training content. It also stores what happened when that training was assigned to a specific worker.
Kept at worker level
- training assignment
- completion status
- completion timestamp
- quiz score
- pass/fail result where a pass score is configured
Training lives inside the same worker experience
The worker receives training through the same WhatsApp environment used for other RevoHR actions. There is no separate learning portal the worker has to remember to open.
The HR team continues to manage content, assignments and records from the web platform.
