HR Software for Logistics, Warehousing & Shift-Based Teams
Logistics HR has to work where the workforce actually works: warehouses, depots, hubs, loading areas and transport-support sites. RevoHR connects scheduling, attendance, training, documents, leave and multilingual HR access around the worker and the shift, without requiring a corporate inbox or another dedicated employee app.

Keep shift coverage visible across warehouses, depots and hubs
Logistics operations can run across several sites, multiple shifts and different role requirements. A schedule that looks complete at company level can still leave a particular loading bay, depot or night shift short of the people it needs.
RevoHR supports reusable shift templates, rotating schedules, midnight-crossing shifts, minimum staffing by job title, multiple locations and conflict detection. The useful unit is not simply “employees scheduled today”; it is who is expected at which location, in which role and on which shift.
Attendance should reflect the site where work actually starts
Warehouse and transport-support teams often begin work away from an HR office or fixed corporate terminal.
Workers can check in and out through WhatsApp. RevoHR captures a point-in-time GPS location at check-in or check-out and compares it with the configured site geofence. There is no continuous location tracking.
HR and operations can compare expected versus actual attendance without installing a separate time clock at every depot, warehouse or temporary operating location.
Peak periods make onboarding a workforce operation, not an HR paperwork event
When staffing increases for peak demand, the operational question is how quickly people can become ready for the shift they are joining.
RevoHR can assign mandatory training by job title or client site, translate materials into supported languages, generate video with voiceover and captions, deliver it through WhatsApp and retain completion timestamps and quiz scores.
That makes training evidence available at worker level without assuming every new starter has corporate email or a company laptop.
A multilingual warehouse should not need an informal translation chain
A picker, forklift operator, driver or agency worker may need a simple answer about leave, policy or a site rule while HR is somewhere else.
RevoHR stores each worker's preferred language. Workers can ask HR questions through WhatsApp in their own language, with answers grounded in the relevant uploaded company documents.
The HR Access Gap here is practical: the company may own HR systems, but the worker still needs a direct way to reach the service while working on a shift or at a site.
Documents and certifications should stay visible before they become a shift problem
Role-specific documents, licences or certifications can expire while a person remains on the schedule.
RevoHR stores documents on worker profiles, tracks expiry dates and can alert before expiry. HR can see upcoming expiry rather than discovering it only when a shift or assignment is already affected.
This is document and certification tracking, not a generic compliance engine and not an automatic legal determination of whether someone may perform a regulated task.
Leave is a coverage event when the shift still has to run
A leave request is not isolated from the operating schedule.
Workers can request leave through WhatsApp, managers can approve it, and RevoHR can detect conflicts with scheduled shifts, show staffing impact and suggest possible replacements.
For a 24/7 or multi-shift operation, that connects the HR process to the question operations actually has to solve: who covers the work.
Agency and direct workers can share a site without becoming one employment model
Warehouses and logistics sites can combine direct employees with agency or outsourced workers. RevoHR can keep operational information visible while preserving the correct organisational context.
For staffing companies, client workforces can remain structurally separated. For direct employers, worker records, location, team, manager, training and attendance remain connected without treating every worker relationship as identical.
What European evidence adds to the logistics picture
Europe's Deskless Workforce 2026 gives useful context for transport and storage, but the evidence needs to stay within its exact scope.
The report records a 2023 EU27 non-fatal accident incidence of 2,365.98 per 100,000 persons employed for transport and storage, compared with 1,392.49 for the EU total. The sector's job vacancy rate was 1.9% in 2025-Q4, compared with 2.0% across the B–S business-economy comparator.
The report's six-sector weekly-hours table does not publish a transport-and-storage figure, so this page does not invent one. Accident incidence and job vacancy rate also come from different statistical instruments and periods; they are not a combined pressure score and do not establish causality.
The operational relevance is narrower: logistics combines distributed sites, safety-sensitive work and shift coverage, which makes reliable worker-level HR access and records useful infrastructure rather than an office convenience.

What Romania's data says about transport, storage and warehousing
Romanian official statistics do not contain one synthetic category called “logistics”. The RevoHR Research report therefore keeps the components separate: Section H for transport and storage as the broad frame, Division 52 for warehousing and support activities for transportation, and Division 53 where postal and courier activities are relevant.
Section H recorded 301,707 average employees in 2024, 6.0% above the 2008 observation of 284,664. Division 52 recorded 72,676 average employees in 2024, 15.4% above the 2008 observation of 62,952. Neither endpoint comparison describes continuous growth.
Geography is distributed. Bucharest accounted for 16.2% of Section H employees in 2024, compared with 19.3% of employees economy-wide. The five largest county-level units accounted for 38.5% and the ten largest about 56%. The data measures where employees are recorded; it does not establish why the geography looks this way.
Average gross nominal monthly earnings in 2024 were 7,913 RON in Section H and 10,959 RON in Division 52. The Division 52 figure covers warehousing and support activities as a whole; it is not the wage of a warehouse operative, not net pay, not a median and not employer labour cost.
The annual average count of vacant posts in Section H was 2,632 in 2024 and 2,752 in 2025, both below the 2018 series peak of about 4,567. These are vacancy counts, not a shortage rate, hiring-difficulty measure or the Eurostat JVR.
Establishment data adds another view: in 2024 Division 49 had about 59,096 active local units, Division 52 had 4,790 and Division 53 had 4,143. These are establishments, not employees, and the divisions are components of Section H rather than values to add on top of it.

What RevoHR does not replace
RevoHR is not a warehouse management system, transport management system, route-planning tool, fleet-management system, telematics platform, access-control system or payroll engine.
It does not optimise picking routes, dispatch vehicles, calculate freight, track a vehicle continuously, calculate payroll or manage warehouse inventory. Its role is the workforce layer around shifts, attendance, training, documents, leave, multilingual HR access and workforce reporting.
