RevoHR Research Data Licenses & Reuse

Licensing, attribution and reuse terms for RevoHR Research reports, charts, datasets and Data & AI Packs.

RevoHR Research publications combine two distinct layers. The first is material created by RevoHR: original analysis, report text, charts, compiled tables, structured datasets and the editorial presentation of the work. The second is the underlying third-party data on which some of that analysis is based, published by statistical bodies such as Eurostat, Eurofound and the Romanian National Institute of Statistics (INS / TEMPO-Online).

These two layers carry different terms. The reuse terms below apply to RevoHR-created material. Third-party source data remains subject to the terms of the organisation that published it, and RevoHR does not relicense it.

    1. RevoHR-Created Material

The following are created by RevoHR and covered by the reuse terms in Section 2:

    • Original analysis, interpretation and commentary in RevoHR Research reports.
    • Report text, headings, summaries and editorial presentation.
    • Charts and visualisations produced by RevoHR.
    • Compiled tables and derived indicators.
    • Structured datasets and Data & AI Packs, including their file structure, data dictionaries, methodology notes and AI context files.

    2. RevoHR Research Reuse Terms

These are RevoHR's own reuse terms. They are not a Creative Commons or other external standard licence.

    • You may quote, cite, link to and reuse RevoHR-created research material in analysis, editorial, educational and internal business material, with clear attribution to RevoHR Research and the relevant report.
    • You may reproduce RevoHR-created charts and tables with attribution, provided that any source attribution embedded in or accompanying the chart or table is preserved.
    • You must not remove source attribution, imply that RevoHR endorses your organisation, product or conclusions, or present RevoHR-created analysis as your own work.
    • Republishing or reselling a substantial part of a report or a Data & AI Pack, in a way that acts as a substitute for the original, requires prior written permission from RevoHR.
    • Underlying third-party data remains subject to the original provider's terms and licence. RevoHR grants no rights over third-party data.
    • Where a Data & AI Pack contains transformed or compiled source data, your reuse must respect both these RevoHR reuse terms and the applicable source-provider terms.
    • For commercial redistribution, bulk republication or any unclear case, contact us at contact@revohr.com.

    3. Recommended Attribution

When citing a RevoHR Research report or dataset:

Source: RevoHR Research, [Report title], based on [source provider] data.

When reproducing a RevoHR-created chart or table directly:

Source: RevoHR Research, [Report title]. Underlying data: [source provider].

    4. Third-Party Source Data

RevoHR Research draws on statistics published by third parties, including Eurostat, Eurofound and the Romanian National Institute of Statistics (INS / TEMPO-Online). Those organisations publish their own terms of use for their data, and those terms continue to apply to the source data regardless of how it appears within a RevoHR report or Data & AI Pack. Before redistributing source data, check the terms published by the relevant provider. Each report and each Data & AI Pack names the source and, where applicable, the specific dataset or matrix used, so the origin of every figure can be traced.

    5. Report-Specific Terms

The sections below list the currently published RevoHR Research datasets, what RevoHR created in each case, and the underlying source data that remains under source-provider terms.
